Kim holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master  ’s degree and is a strong believer in lifelong learning. She also engages in advanced AI training as part of her AI certification pathway, allowing her to leverage cutting-edge real estate technology to better serve her clients.

Throughout her career, Kim has successfully advised and negotiated transactions for buyers and sellers across land, residential, multifamily, and commercial investment properties.
